The building will deliver 225 condominium residences with one- to three-bedroom layouts, including estate-sized homes and penthouses ranging from approximately 1,100 to 4,000 square feet. Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces, while amenities include a social club room, wellness center, pet-friendly areas, and workspaces. Construction passed the midpoint in 2026 and the tower remains on pace for a 2027 completion. The building is reportedly more than 90% sold, so remaining opportunities are becoming increasingly limited.
Adding to the city's luxury evolution is the highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg, which will introduce one of the world's most prestigious hospitality and residential brands to downtown St. Pete.
